Try Lacrosse Free

We are holding a free event for all youth players that are interested in trying lacrosse before the upcoming 2026 season. This try lax day will be help October 6 2025 for most ages at the Hampshire Middle School. It will be run by Collin Rustay, the head coach for Hampshire High Schools varsity lacrosse team .

It will be split as follows:

Ages 5-6 5:30pm-6:00pm

Ages 7-13 6:00pm-7pm

Dress in gym shoes and comfortable clothes to run in as well as for the weather. If you have your own stick feel free to bring it but it is not required. We can provide one for the use of the event.
